SCHEDULE

Week 1: Identifying Your Hook
(1 – 1.5 hours)
We will uncover what is sponsorship and how it can effectively bring in additional revenue for your upcoming events. We will start by identifying your reach and your hook for potential sponsors, building the first step in your sponsorship strategy, so that sponsor says yes!

Week 2: Identifying Potential Sponsors
(1 – 1.5 hours)
Knowing who to approach for sponsorship can be challenging. This week you will walk away with a list of potential sponsors to approach. You will know how to find out if they are aligned with our core values and why it is so important that they do. Plus, you will get valuable insight into how to identify the decision maker, so you don’t waste time pitching to the right person.

Week 3: Identifying Your Assets
(1 – 1.5 hours)
Sponsorship is no longer just about logo placement. Find out how to provide value to your sponsors. Discover the common goals sponsors are looking to reach with sponsorship and tailor your assets to help them reach those goals.

Week 4: Your Communication Strategy for Approaching Sponsors
(1 – 1.5 hours)
In our final week, we will walk you through the steps for communicating with potential sponsors, so that your calls or emails are not ignored. Know how to peak their interest, so they say yes to your opportunities, bringing you additional revenue for your upcoming events.

When: This online business course takes place over the following dates and times:

What:

  • Each of the 4 online meetings will run for 1 – 1.5 hours in length, and will be accompanied by a PowerPoint presentation, mastermind component, and time for focused Q & A.
  • There are limited spaces available for this online course; early registration is encouraged.
  • Each session will be recorded, so all registered attendees can access teachings at anytime once the course has finished.
