Teresa’s guest speaker, Sarah Good, works with and helps people with invisible disabilities or health challenges become more active and live their lives more fully.
Sarah is a registered occupational therapist and a mindfulness meditation teacher in Ottawa. Sarah is on a mission to help women sleep better so that they can be leaders in their families, communities and work places. In this workshop Sarah will help you improve your sleep. She will discuss ways to change your habits and routines which can improve your sleep, leading to you feeling better rested, happier and more productive.
