“Using the Best Platforms for Business” Session #1: PicMonkey – ONLINE

Being a solopreneur can be daunting and stressful, especially when everything was supposed to be done yesterday, and your to-do list is never fully complete. If you’re like most entrepreneurs, there is likely a myriad of tasks and jobs you need to conquer on any given day, and even though you know there are solutions and systems on the market, you simply don’t have the time to investigate which is the right one for your needs, nor do you necessarily have a budget to farm out extra responsibilities. This is where we come in!

Which online platforms should you use for different automations?
How can you set a system in place without taking hours of extra time and manpower?
What are the options if you are limited to a strict budget?

In this live, online, 4-session course offered by Mompreneurs®, you will learn:

  • How to create a funnel
  • How to create branded marketing materials on a budget
  • How to easily create an online scheduler
  • How to organize your projects online for easy management
  • How to schedule your social media posts for effective reach

Attendees will walk away with:

  1. A step by step “How-To” guideline for each platform (Active Campaign, Calendly, PicMonkey, Asana, and Hootsuite)
  2. A checklist of “Best Practices” to help master each platform
  3. A guide sheet for social media image sizing (IG, FB, TW)
  4. Templates for creating successful funnels in Active Campaign
  5. A Social Media Content Calendar template to help with scheduling


Session 1: Designing Marketing Collateral with PicMonkey
(1 – 1.5 hours)

In an ideal world, we would all have an unlimited marketing budget, with ample funds to hire graphic designers for every project or new campaign; if only this were always the case! In this session, you will learn how to create graphic design templates for various mediums (social media, blog, web banners), using simple steps through PicMonkey’s free platform.

BONUS for Session 1: We will also look at how PicMonkey’s paid option allows you to create a storage hub, in order to save/edit all of your designs.

Session 2: Social Media Strategy & Automation with Hootsuite
(1 – 1.5 hours)

In our final week, we will walk you through the steps for scheduling your social media content and mastering your social media strategies online. Learn best practices for automating posts, as well as understanding which platforms work best for automated posts.

BONUS for Session 2: You will receive a social media calendar template to help with your scheduling and keep you on task.

Session 3: Organized Project Management with Asana & Calendly
(1 – 1.5 hours)
Getting your projects under control and assigning tasks with actionable goals can be tough, especially if you are learning a new platform. Asana makes things so easy, and is the perfect way to streamline your projects and team assignments! In this session, you will learn how to create boards, projects, assign tasks, set deadlines, and create actionable steps.

BONUS for Session 3: We will also look at Calendly and simple ways to book calls/meetings without wasting time emailing back and forth with potential clients.


Session 4: Creating Systems and Funnels with ActiveCampaign
(1 – 1.5 hours)
Creating an automated funnel for your email communications and customer touch points can be crucial to the success of your follow-up. In Session 3, you will learn the exact steps to creating a successful funnel with ActiveCampaign, including the formula for optimal click-through and customer interactions.

BONUS for Session 4: You will get ready-to-go templates to help you get started with simple email formats.

  • Each of the 4 online meetings will run for 1 – 1.5 hours in length, and will be accompanied by a PowerPoint presentation, mastermind component, and time for focused Q & A.
  • There are limited spaces available for this online course; early registration is encouraged.
  • Each session will be recorded, so all registered attendees can access teachings at anytime once the course has finished.
